These Terms & Conditions apply to orders and services placed through the Delhi Press (Sajjad Printers) website.

1. Products and Services

Delhi Press provides customized printing and design services, including wedding cards, flex/digital banners, visiting cards, bill books, calendars, stamps and other printing-related products.

2. Pricing

Prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). The final amount depends on the selected product, quantity, specifications and applicable order details.

3. Customer Proof Approval

The customer is responsible for checking and approving names, spellings, dates, mobile numbers, photographs, addresses and other supplied matter before printing. Once printing has started, customer-approved content cannot normally be changed.

4. Order Confirmation and Payment

An order is processed after the required details are submitted and the applicable advance/payment requirement is completed. Online payments may be processed through the available payment gateway. Where offered, advance cash may be paid at the shop.

5. Customized Printing

Customized products are produced according to the information and design instructions supplied by the customer. Minor differences in colour, paper, screen display and final printed output may occur due to printing and display conditions.

6. Order Processing and Notification

Processing time depends on the product, quantity, design approval and production requirements. The customer will be informed when the card is printed/ready as applicable.

7. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation and refund requests are handled according to our Payment & Refund / Cancellation Policy. Customized orders may have limited cancellation/refund eligibility after design, plate preparation or printing has started.

8. Website Use

The website should be used only for lawful purposes. Customers should provide accurate information required for order processing and communication.
